Dear FSB,
I have jsut read your
article referenceing FSB & Debasish Sen. -
Debasish Sen is a parasite - he was my associate from 1998 until
approximately 2006.
During this time he
operated a marketing company with (3 other persons) in - that went into
liquidation.
During the development of
my business - he was engaged by me to make presentations
on marketing at my
tendering and procurement training workshops.
During our association I
gave Debasish a CD-ROM with all the procurement materails that I had developed
over several years - since 1998 - (580 MB of material).
During our association, I
introduced him to Ian Williams then head of procurement policy at the Small
Business Service, he was listed as my consultant while I tried and got an
innovation grant from the DTI in 2005, he was privy to all aspects on my business
project as a a business associate, consultant and friend.
Having joined the FSB he
then subsequently stole my business and proceeded to become the expert on all
procurement matters for the FSB, this is a disgrace.
Debasish Sen - Chairman Federation for Small Business, Kent : Witness Statement
Peter Upton - Chartered Accountant : Witness Statement
John Billington - Quality Consultant : Witness Statement
First Letter to The Federation for Small Business : 09-Aug-2007
I do not have the funds to
sue Debasish for theft of my intellectual property and it is extremely
distressing to know that an institution sucvh as the FSB should shield such a
parasite.
He can be assured that I
have not forgotten this theft – while I struggle Debasish Sen passes himself
off as an expert, this is the secod time that I am complaining to the FSB on
this matter.
Regards,
Lloyd Sewell - Director
