A case study of intellectual property theft by former UK labour government business support agencies and others 1997 to the present. The former UK Labour Government encouraged people to become self-employed by creating a number of business support agencies, the people who are most likely to pursue this course of action are black and ethnic minorities for a wide variety of reasons.
