who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity. Based on the National Occupational Standards for Management and Leadership, this qualification is accredited at Level 3 on the National Qualifications Framework in England, Wales and N Ireland, and is positioned at Level 6 on the Scottish Qualifications Framework.
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification. However, candidates are likely either to hold a Certificate in Team Leading and/or have a few years experience at supervisory or first line management level.

How long will it take?

How is it assessed?
Assessment is normally via an Institute set and assessed External Assignment;
alternatively assessment can be via Centre set assessments based on the Learning Outcomes within the syllabus.
