Intellectual Property Theft - A Case Study

UK Government encourages people to become self-employed by creating a number of business support agencies, the people who are most likely to pursue this course of action are black and ethnic minorities for a wide variety of reasons.

At the same time the UK government has removed access to legal aid for civil cases, this means that anyone who has been wronged by any one of the government owned business support agencies automatically loses his human rights, through lack of access to legal representation and
access to justice.

in 1997, Dr Phil Blackburn former Chief Executive of WLTEC stole my first business project and left me destitute, I started a second business project and once again, employees of Government Business Support Agencies have stolen my business and used the details for their own gain.

This is not just a denial of justice, it is a denial of life itself, I am therefore left stuck with nothing and no access to UK justice, as I do not have the large fees that is required to pursue the matter in the courts and attempts to pursue these matters with legal representation has resulted in even greater disasters.

Todate, the UK government has ignored all attempts at getting a resolution to this problem, I have written to both the former Prime Minister Tony Blair, and the current Prime Minister - Gordon Brown, not to mention several members of Parliament and other government agencies.

Although the UK Law is very comprehensive, in practice the fact that my intellectual property has been stolen and I have brought these matters to the government attention several times since 1997, the government has so far actively ignored all requests for help in these matters.

And since I had no funds to engage the services of a solicitor and barrister, I am left destitute while other UK citizens enjoy the financial benefits from my business projects.
