In 1995, I, Lloyd Sewell was advised by London Borough of Hillingdon, my Local Authority to approach West London Training & Enterprise Council (WLTEC), for assistance with starting my business project.

However instead, the Chief Executive of West London Training & Enterprise Council, Statement of Case No: 1 :: Dr Phil Blackburn - (Member of the British Labour Party) - Former Chief Executive: West London Training and Enterprise Council :: 1997, stole my business and obtained £1.76(m) in 1997, from the Government Office for London and developed my business project for themselves.
